Working hours per day: 12 incl. lunch break (45min – 60min)

- no formal lunch break, but food is provided in containers after 4.5 hours for the next 2 hours, and the crew eats as they can. Overtime cannot be planned during these continuous days, any work beyond 10 hours incurs an overtime penalty.

Overtime: begins after 12 hours of work / or 10 hours for continuous days. Overtime wage is dependant flat rate surcharge per hour.

Weekend days and public holidays:

If the shooting schedule extends beyond six consecutive days, any subsequent working day will be paid at double the regular rate.

Running lunch:  If a running lunch is needed, a separate agreement must be made with the crew (unless it's a continuous day deal).

There are no additional labor costs. Producers typically hire freelancers who are responsible for their own health insurance, pension contributions, and other expenses.

Catering: on set is provided free of charge for all crew members, typically including breakfast, lunch, and snacks throughout the day.

Transportation to and from the set: arranged by the production, depending on the filming location. When filming outside Bratislava, travel time is counted as part of the working hours, calculated from the outskirts of Bratislava to the set. For location shoots, travel time is also calculated from the hotel to the set.
